Designed for comfort response and balance, the M1 Acoustic makes for one hell of a couch guitar, and an even better recording instrument.

When commissioning an instrument you have the rare opportunity to make something one of a-kind. A small detail that means something to you can totally change your relationship with the instrument.
Once your custom build is underway, I will personally send you updates along with photos for you to follow the process. If requested, I can have these photos made into build books to document your specific guitars journey.
It all begins with a tree which eventually becomes lumber. I can turn this into a guitar, but you must make it your guitar. You will do so by playing it, this will grow your guitar or break it in. Thats when it becomes an instrument that is truly your own.

Details on The M1 Acoustic Model

The M1 model is closely inspired by the popular GC and OM shapes that have been enjoyed for decades long before I began my journey as a builder.

When setting out to design this guitar I wanted to create something charming and familiar with a lean towards ergonomics, easy playability and a highly responsive tone. Each M1 is carefully voiced to be articulate, rich, and piano like, and their louder than they look.

Playability is paramount. Thats a guiding principle behind this guitars specification. With a slightly shortened scale, Cutaway vereation and meticulous neck construction, this guitar offers agility. Its a fantastic shape for the living room, and an amazing instrument in the studio aswell.
